With REACTOR development underway and initial offshore work completed, CERB Group formalizes its partnership and commits to supporting the energy transition.
CERB Group is established.
While the company setup is recent, the work is not. Over the past years, we have focused on building strong partnerships, working closely for and with industry players, supporting offshore and vessel inspections, diving project management, and carrying technical scopes. Alongside this, REACTOR has been in development as a practical, field-driven platform shaped directly by real project experience.
These early activities have defined how we operate — grounded in real project demands, not theory.
Since the beginning of 2026, further partnerships are taking clear form. CERB buids on complementary profiles spanning engineering, offshore operations, and vessel command, allowing us to approach projects with a combined, end-to-end and integrated perspective.
REACTOR remains a core part of that vision, developed as a toolset to support execution, not to replace it — structured, practical, and aligned with how work is actually performed in support of the global energy sector.
Our direction is clear: support a more efficient, more transparent, and ultimately more renewable energy sector through engineering clarity and operational insight.
We are engaged — and ready to scale further.
